Experience

Harvard University

Robotic Lab Advisor
Allston, MA, USA | Dec. 2025 – Present

I work with Prof. Na Li’s group on cutting-edge research at the meeting point of robotics, large language models, and coding agents, and advise student researchers on algorithm design, system evaluation, and reproducible methodology — with an emphasis on carrying ideas from theory through to deployment. Structured reviews, careful project scoping, and pointed technical feedback are the tools I use to help the group move faster.

Symbotic

Senior Software Engineer
Wilmington, MA, USA | Oct. 2022 – Present

I work on everything on the robots: the multi-agent path-planning and coordination algorithms (C++) that run warehouse fleets numbering in the thousands, the control design, state estimation, and fault-tolerant behavior architectures that keep those fleets robust in production, and the real-time decision-making pipelines that have to meet strict latency budgets while thousands of autonomous robots act concurrently.

Berkshire Grey

Senior Software Engineer
Bedford, MA, USA | Oct. 2021 – Aug. 2022

On the pick team I led development of perception and manipulation algorithms (ROS, C++, Python) that let robots grasp novel, previously unseen SKUs reliably, and cut end-to-end system latency by reworking the inter-process communication and execution pipelines.

Rudolph Technologies

Software Engineering Intern
Tewksbury, MA, USA | Jun. 2015 – Jan. 2016

I built an automated migration tool that consolidated several legacy codebases onto one platform, and improved the accuracy of wafer-defect data through algorithmic changes to the collection and analysis pipelines.

Neusoft

Software Engineering Intern
China | Jul. 2013 – Aug. 2013

I developed a map-management system with efficient insert, delete, and update operations over geographic datasets.
